The Hunters

New Year's Eve, 1976. A group of bourgeois hunters is preparing for a party. It is a time for a celebration... except for an unpleasant discovery they find preserved in snow: a corpse, presumably of a partisan killed during the Greek Civil War. This powerful allegory effectively makes Greece's ruling class at the time come face to face with the crimes of their past. The industrialists, Nazi collaborators and royalists who make up the guest list now must give an account of their actions in the hopes of burying the body with their own sins.
